KMC Says Province Minister Made Irresponsible Statements Without Understanding the Issue

Kathmandu- Kathmandu Metropolitan City (KMC) has issued a press release stating that remarks made by the Minister of Internal Affairs and Law of Bagmati Province, Suraj Chandra Lamichhane, regarding KMC’s
