Gold and Silver Prices Rise on Friday, Hallmark Gold Hits Rs 199,400 per Tola

The prices of gold and silver have increased in the domestic market on Friday, the last trading day of the week.

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association (FENEGOSIDA), the price of hallmark gold has gone up by Rs 1,000 per tola compared to the previous day.

On Thursday, the price stood at Rs 198,400, which has now risen to Rs 199,400 per tola.

Similarly, the price of tejabi gold (slightly lower in purity than hallmark) also increased by Rs 1,000, reaching Rs 198,900 per tola.

Silver has also seen a slight uptick. Its price increased by Rs 10 per tola, reaching Rs 2,325, up from Rs 2,315 on Thursday.

The price adjustments come amid ongoing fluctuations in the international bullion market, which continue to influence local rates.
