Crest Micro Life Launches IPO for Sale



Kathmandu – Today, Crest Micro Life Insurance launched an IPO for sale to Nepali citizens engaged in foreign employment. In the first phase, the company is offering the IPO specifically to Nepali workers abroad.

The company has received approval to issue a 30 percent IPO, with an issued capital of NRs 750 million. Accordingly, 2,250,000 shares, totaling NRs 225 million, have been issued. Of this, the company has allocated 10 percent (225,000 shares, amounting to NRs 22.5 million) to Nepali workers engaged in foreign employment.

It has been stated that a minimum of 10 shares and a maximum of 10,000 shares can be applied for in the company’s IPO. According to NIMB Ace Capital, the share issuance and sales manager, applications will be accepted until the 29th of Magh.
