Kathmandu, August 25 —
The 17th edition of the NADA Auto Show 2025, held at Bhrikutimandap in the capital from Bhadra 3, concluded successfully, setting a historic record in visitor turnout. According to the organizers, a total of 176,789 people attended the six-day-long automobile exhibition — the highest ever in the history of the event.
The grand exhibition was inaugurated by Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli and concluded under the chief hospitality of Health and Population Minister Pradeep Paudel. The event witnessed the notable presence of top political leaders, government officials, business associations, celebrities, and general visitors from across the country.
This year’s Auto Show generated massive excitement among automobile enthusiasts, primarily due to the introduction of electric vehicles (EVs), flying car technologies, robotic demonstrations, and the unveiling of international-level latest models. The exhibition offered visitors an exclusive opportunity to experience new technologies firsthand and gain insights into the latest market trends and cutting-edge innovations.
The NADA Automobiles Association of Nepal stated that the 17th edition was specially designed to be more organized, grand, and memorable than ever before, and it successfully achieved its goal. The event not only attracted a huge crowd in the Kathmandu Valley but also sparked nationwide enthusiasm towards the automobile industry.
