Kathmandu — According to last week’s report, the price of fine gold steadily increased throughout the week in the Nepali market. Data issued by the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association shows a consistent rise in the price of fine gold.
On Thursday, fine gold reached its highest trading price of NRs 168,500 per tola. However, on Sunday and Monday, the price dropped to its lowest point of the week, trading at NRs 162,800 per tola. The price of fine gold then shifted steadily throughout the week with the following trading prices:
- Tuesday: NRs 164,700 per tola
- Wednesday: NRs 166,900 per tola
- Friday: NRs 168,100 per tola
