Kathmandu – On the second trading day of the week, the stock market witnessed an increase. According to the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE), the NEPSE index rose by 49.12 points, closing at 2,640.68 points.
Today’s trading results show that the sub-indices of all 13 sub-groups increased.
In today’s session, NRN Infrastructure and Development Limited led the market with a total transaction of 290 Million, 992 Thousand, 363 rupees.
As per Monday’s trading data, Aatmanirbhar Microfinance Company Limited emerged as the top gainer, with its share price increasing by 10 percent, hitting the positive circuit. Meanwhile, Upakar Microfinance Company Limited and Samudayik Microfinance Company Limited were the top losers, with their share prices decreasing by 10 percent, hitting the negative circuit.
A total of 312 companies participated in today’s trading, with 15 Million, 461 Thousand, 264 kitta shares traded. The total transaction value reached 6 Billion, 305 Million, 431 Thousand, 854 rupees.
