Kathmandu – On the final trading day of the week, the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) recorded a marginal increase in its index. The NEPSE index has increased by 4.19 points, reaching 2,630.71 points.
A total of 13 groups participated in today’s transactions. The sub-indices of four groups saw an increase, while nine groups experienced a decline.
According to Wednesday’s data, Prabhu Bank Limited led the market with a total transaction volume of 507 Million 783 Thousand 703 rupees.
In today’s trading session, Aatmanirbhar Microfinance Company Limited and Support Microfinance Company Limited emerged as the top gainers, with their share prices rising by 10 percent, hitting the positive circuit. On the other hand, Corporate Development Bank Limited, Narayani Development Bank Limited and Sindhu Development Bank were the top losers, with their share prices dropping by 10 percent, hitting the negative circuit.
A total of 310 participants were involved in the transaction today, with a total of 20 Million 978 Thousand 979 shares traded, amounting to a total transaction value of 5 Billion 329 Million 274 Thousand 454 rupees.
