Kathmandu– On the first day of the week, the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) experienced a decline. According to the Nepal Stock Exchange, the NEPSE index dropped by 13.53 points, closing at 2,583.29 points.
A total of 13 subgroups participated in today’s trading session. The sub-indices of 11 subgroups decreased, while the sub-indices of only 2 subgroups increased.
River Falls Power Limited led the market with a total transaction of 220 Million 312 Thousand 834 rupees. Among the top performers, Support Microfinance Company Limited, Barahi Hydropower Public Limited, and Nyadi Hydropower Limited saw the highest gains, with their share prices increasing by 10 points, hitting the positive circuit. Meanwhile, Saptakoshi Development Bank Limited faced a loss, with its share price decreasing by 6.40 points.
A total of 319 companies participated in today’s transaction. The total number of shares traded was 9 Million 180 Thousand 718 kitta share , resulting in a total transaction volume of 4 Billion 518 Million 385 Thousand 107 rupees.
