Kathmandu . The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) saw a decline for the fourth consecutive day this week, with the NEPSE index falling by 22.73 points to reach 2610.21 points.
On this trading day, a total of 13 sub-groups participated in the market. Of these, 10 sub-group indices experienced declines, while 3 sub-group indices saw increases.
The day’s highest transaction was led by CEDB Hydropower Development Company Limited, which recorded a total transaction value of NPR 347.31 million.
Wean Microfinance Limited emerged as the top performer, with its share price increasing by 10 percent, hitting the positive circuit limit.
In total, 317 companies participated in today’s trading session, with 15,428,724 shares exchanged. The overall transaction volume amounted to NPR 6.85 billion.
