Kathmandu. Sangita Pahadi Aryal has been appointed as the Managing Director of Nepal Telecommunications Company Limited (Nepal Telecom) for a four-year term, according to an announcement by Spokesperson Kishor Kumar Bhatta from the Nepal Telecom.
This decision, made by the Council of Ministers on 20th Bharda, follows her previous role as the Acting Managing Director since 17th Ashoj 2080. Aryal, who holds a BE from the University of Allahabad and an ME from the Asian Institute of Technology, was initially appointed as a temporary Engineer at Nepal Telecom on 23rd Chaitra 2049 and later as Deputy Managing Director on 28th Magh 2078.
Aryal expressed gratitude to the government and pledged to elevate the company while upholding the integrity of her new role.
