NEPSE Rises Marginally by 6.94 Points, Seven Companies Hit Positive Circuit



Kathmandu . On the third trading day of the week, the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) saw a modest increase, with the NEPSE index rising by 6.94 points, closing at 2830.20.

In today’s trading session, the share prices of five sub-groups increased, while eight sub-groups saw declines. Leading the market, NLG Insurance Company Limited recorded the highest transaction amount, with shares worth NPR 347.2 million being traded.

Despite the marginal increase in the NEPSE index, investors in seven companies saw significant gains, with the share prices of these companies surging by the maximum allowed limit of 10%.

A total of 328 companies participated in today’s trading, with a total of 30,599,890 shares exchanged, amounting to a transaction value of NPR 13.577 billion.
