NEPSE Surges by 127 Points, Goodwill Finance Leads with Highest Transactions



Kathmandu. Monday the stock market saw a significant surge on the second trading day of the week, with the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) index rising by 127.32 points, closing at 2,823.25 points.

According to the NEPSE, the share prices of 13 sectors increased during Monday’s trading session. Goodwill Finance Limited led the market with a total transaction of NPR 465.25 million.

In today’s NEPSE trading, seven companies hit the positive circuit, indicating a substantial rise in their share prices. A total of 335 companies participated in the trading, with 31.43 million shares exchanged, amounting to a total transaction value of NPR 13.10 billion.
