NEPSE grows with marginal point, total transaction ofaround 13 Billions 720 million



Kathmandu. On the fourth trading day of the week, the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) experienced a marginal increase, with the NEPSE index rising by 3.80 points to close at 2,786.40 points.

In today’s trading session, 13 sub-indices participated, with the share prices of 7 sub-groups increasing, while 6 sub-groups saw a decline in their share prices.

Chandragiri Hills led the market in terms of total transactions, recording a turnover of NPR 430.79 million. Three companies—Liberty Energy Company, Himalayan Hydropower, and Mid-Solu Hydropower—hit the positive circuit today, with their share prices increasing by 10 percent each.

However, investors of Karnali Development Bank faced the highest loss, with the company’s share price decreasing by 6.88 percent. A total of 323 companies participated in today’s trading, with 35.07 million shares changing hands, resulting in a total transaction amount of NPR 13.72 billion.
