Lamichhane Demands Swift Justice in Corruption Cases, Criticizes Council of Ministers Ethical Decisions



Kathmandu.Chairman of Rastriya Swatantra Party Rabi Lamichhane said that maximum time should not be provided in the cases of Corruption.

Speaking at the meeting of House of Representative, Chairman Lamichhane said that maximum time should not be provided to any of the cases related to Corruption.He said that his party stands in favour of such factor.

As per him corruption occurs through the ethical decision taken from Council of Minister, so decision from Council of Minister should be avoided. Ethical decision should be defined, he said.

“Corruption cases should not be provided with maximum time. We are clear on the idea, hoping whole Parliament stands with us in this decision. Decision related to Ethical Corruption should be taken into consideration. Jurisdiction should aslo take into account the matter related to this factor. This term will be defined, I will take account of it. Making decision from Council of Minister considering it Ethical should be suspended,” he said.

Chairman Lamichhane showed objection on the matter where Khagendra Sunwar who has been protesting in Mithighar area for the participation of Dalit in defferent level of State since two week, has been arrested by the police. He questioned government, is it wrong for Dalit to seek for their right.
