Kathmandu- Even today, lawmakers from the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) walked out of the House of Representatives, boycotting the meeting.
The lawmakers staged a standing protest for one and a half hours during Sunday’s meeting of the House of Representatives before walking out. They have been demanding the formation of a high-level investigation committee and the resignation of Home Minister Ramesh Lekhak, who has been accused of involvement in the visit visa scandal.
The lawmakers have been continuously obstructing the House proceedings since 13th Jestha.
