Kathmandu- Nepal Oil Corporation has increased the price of petrol by NRs 1 per liter, and diesel and kerosene by NRs 2 per liter. The price hike follows an increase in petroleum product rates by Indian Oil Corporation.
With the new rates, petrol now costs NRs 157.50 per liter in the first category area, NRs 159 per liter in the second category area, and NRs 160 per liter in the third category area.
Similarly, diesel and kerosene are now priced at NRs 142.50 per liter in the first category, NRs 144 per liter in the second category area, and NRs 145 per liter in the third category area.
