Kathmandu – Nagmani International, the authorized distributor of ASUS in Nepal, has announced the launch of the ASUS Vivobook S 15 across the country. This new laptop, available from Saturday, is ASUS’s first Copilot+ PC, featuring advanced AI capabilities aimed at enhancing both work and play experiences.
The ASUS Vivobook S 15 stands out with its powerful Snapdragon® X Elite processor, which includes the world’s fastest laptop NPU, capable of achieving 45 TOPS. This enables swift on-device AI processing, allowing users to benefit from the latest Windows AI tools and exclusive ASUS AI apps.
The laptop boasts impressive specifications, including storage options up to an ultrafast 1 TB PCIe® 4.0 SSD and memory configurable up to 32 GB of 8448 MHz LPDDR5X RAM. It also features the ASUS AiSense IR camera with presence-detection capabilities, such as Adaptive Dimming and Adaptive Lock, which enhance user convenience and security.
Designed for portability, the ASUS Vivobook S 15 is just 14.7 mm thin and weighs only 1.42 kg. Its sleek, all-metal design includes a premium CNC-engraved logo, and it comes with a high-capacity 70 Wh battery that offers up to 18 hours of productivity or entertainment. The laptop supports fast charging and ASUS USB-C® Easy Charge, making it convenient to charge from almost any source.
Connectivity is another strong suit of the Vivobook S 15, with comprehensive I/O ports including two USB4® ports, two USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports, an HDMI 2.1 port, a microSD card reader, and an audio combo jack. The laptop also supports WiFi 7, enabled by the Qualcomm FastConnect™ 7800 system, delivering speeds up to 5.8 Gbps.
For audiovisual enthusiasts, the Vivobook S 15 features a stunning 15.6-inch 3K 120 Hz ASUS Lumina OLED display. This display offers vivid, true-to-life colors, an ultra-wide 89% screen-to-body ratio, and a cinema-grade 100% DCI-P3 color gamut. It is also VESA DisplayHDR™ True Black 600 certified and TÜV Rheinland-certified for low blue-light levels.
