Kathmandu – First Microfinance has put 217,714 units of its promoter shares up for sale. Promoters interested in purchasing these shares can submit their applications within 35 days, starting from Tuesday (Falgun 11).
Interested promoters must bid at least NPR 280 per share or higher and submit their bids confidentially at First Microfinance’s central office in Gyaneshwar, Kathmandu.
If no applications are received from the promoters within the given period, the company will open the shares for sale to the general public.
