Pakistan-Nepal Friendship Park Unveiled in Kathmandu Strengthening Bilateral Relations and Promoting Health & Wellness” In a significant move to enhance ties between the two nations, the Embassy of Pakistan in Kathmandu unveiled the “Pakistan-Nepal Friendship Park” in Ward No. 8, Budhanilkantha Municipality.

The inauguration ceremony, graced by Ambassador Abrar H Hashmi of Pakistan to Nepal as the Chief Guest, showcased the enduring friendship and collaboration between Pakistan and Nepal. Emphasizing trust and mutual respect in bilateral relations, the park symbolizes a shared space for cultural exchanges and joint endeavors in education, health, environment, and medicine.

Notable figures including Suman Tamang, Chairman of Ward 8, and Anita Lama, Deputy Mayor of Budhanilkantha Municipality, lauded the efforts of the collaborative initiative, underscoring the commitment to collective progress for the betterment of humanity.

A special highlight of the event was the ‘Open Air Gym’ facility gifted by the Government of Pakistan, aimed at promoting health and well-being for individuals of all ages and backgrounds. Civil society members and local residents expressed gratitude for the initiative, anticipating positive outcomes for the community’s health and fitness.
