Kathmandu – Nepal Bank Limited has decided not to issue dividends to its shareholders for the fiscal year 2080-81. The decision was made following a meeting of the Board of Directors on 29th Poush.
The bank has informed that it will submit its financial statement to Nepal Rastra Bank for approval.
