Kathmandu—
Ncell has partnered with Samsung Consumer Electronics to offer eligible Ncell customers exclusive additional discounts on selected Samsung home appliances, including televisions, refrigerators and washing machines.
During Nepal’s festive season, eligible Ncell customers can enjoy an additional discount of up to 12% on top of Samsung’s existing festive offers, bringing total savings to up to 31%. The additional discount will be 5%, 8% or 12%, depending on the customer’s eligible pack or rental-plan segment.
The partnership was formalised in the presence of Lalit Sharda, Product Director of Ncell, and Chang Uk Jung, Managing Director of Samsung Nepal. The collaboration reflects both companies’ commitment to delivering greater value and enhancing the customer experience.
The offer is valid from October 8 to November 16, 2026, covering the major festivals of Dashain, Tihar and Chhath. Eligible customers can check their eligibility through the Partnered Services section of the Ncell App and redeem the offer at participating Samsung-authorised outlets across Nepal.
Commenting on the collaboration, Ncell Product Director Lalit Sharda said, “At Ncell, our commitment has always been to create meaningful value for our customers beyond connectivity. This festive season, we are delighted to partner with Samsung so that our customers can enjoy exclusive additional savings on trusted home appliances. We believe these benefits will give our customers an extra reason to smile and celebrate during the festivals, while reinforcing the everyday value they receive as part of the Ncell family.”
The collaboration combines Ncell’s extensive customer base and digital platform with Samsung’s consumer electronics portfolio and authorised retail network. The festive campaign aims to reward customer loyalty and make the shopping experience more convenient and beneficial.
To receive the additional discount, eligible customers must open the Ncell App, navigate to the Partnered Services section and check their eligibility. They can then visit any participating Samsung-authorised outlet across Nepal to redeem the offer.
