V-Chitra wins PR Agency of the Year at ACEF Awards



Kathmandu । V-Chitra Pvt. Ltd. has won the ‘PR Agency of the Year’ title at the 15th ACEF Global Customer Engagement Awards 2026.

The Kathmandu-based agency secured multiple gold awards in the public relations category at the international event held on April 30 at The Westin Mumbai Garden City in Goregaon East, Mumbai.

According to the company, V-Chitra won Gold in the ‘Best Integrated PR and Digital Engagement’ and ‘Best Media Relations Campaign’ categories for its TikTok Family Pairing campaign.

The campaign was launched after the lifting of TikTok’s ban in Nepal in 2025 and focused on addressing growing concerns around teenage digital safety. Through celebrities, content creators, television commercials and local-language media outreach, the campaign promoted TikTok’s parental control features, the company said.

V-Chitra claimed the campaign generated more than 140 media coverages, 34 million creator views and 5.8 million engagements. According to the agency, the initiative helped reposition TikTok from “a platform of concern” to “a platform of responsibility”.

The agency also won Gold in the ‘Best Use of Influencers in PR Campaign’ category for its TikTok Safety Ambassador programme, which focused on promoting digital safety awareness among users in Nepal.

“This achievement sends a strong message that Nepali agencies are capable of competing at regional and global levels,” the company said in a statement.

V-Chitra said its PR-focused subsidiary, Mediaman, played a key role in campaign execution and communications strategy.
