Gold Price Hits New Record, Surpasses NPR 200,000 per Tola

Kathmandu –

Gold prices in Nepal have reached an all-time high, crossing the NPR 200,000 mark for the first time. According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association (FENEGOSIDA), the price of hallmark gold increased by NPR 1,200 on Friday, setting a new record at NPR 200,600 per tola.

This is the highest price ever recorded in Nepal’s market history. Previously, on August 8 (Shrawan 23), gold had set a record at NPR 199,400 per tola before today’s surge.

Similarly, silver prices have also risen today. The price of silver increased by NPR 5 per tola, reaching NPR 2,360 per tola.

Would you like me to also prepare a visual price trend chart showing the recent changes in gold and silver prices? It could make the news article more engaging.
