Kathmandu- Nerude Mirmire Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has announced the sale of promoter shares. A total of 37,803 units of promoter shares, owned by three different promoter shareholders, have been put up for sale starting today.
Only existing promoter shareholders are eligible to apply for the purchase. Interested promoters must submit a written application within 35 days from the date of this notice at the company’s head office in Banepa.
The company further informed that if no applications are received within the stipulated period, the promoter shares will be made available to other individuals or institutions.
