Kathmandu– IME Life Insurance has announced a 21 percent dividend for its stakeholders. The company has decided to distribute 21 percent in cash dividends from the profits earned during the last fiscal year.
In a meeting on 29th Magh, the Company’s Board of Directors proposed a 21.52 percent cash dividend from the distributable profit, based on the current paid-up capital of the previous fiscal year.
Following approval from the Insurance Authority and passage at the company’s upcoming General Meeting, the proposed dividend will be distributed to shareholders.
