Kathmandu . Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has embarked on a three-day visit to China today. Accompanied by a team of officials, he departed from Tribhuvan International Airport on Monday at the invitation of his Chinese counterpart, Li Qiang. High-ranking officials, including Deputy Ministers, Ministers, and the Chief Secretary, were present at the airport to bid farewell to the Prime Minister.
During his visit, Prime Minister Oli is scheduled to arrive in Beijing on 18th Mangsir, where he will be welcomed by Prime Minister Li Qiang. The two leaders are set to engage in bilateral talks, followed by a signing ceremony. The Prime Minister will also meet with President Xi Jinping.
As part of his itinerary, Prime Minister Oli will deliver a keynote address at Peking University. Additionally, he is expected to address the Nepal-China Business Forum, which is being organized jointly by the Nepali Embassy in Beijing, the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, and the Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry.
