NEPSE grows with 15.83 points, total transaction of 6 Billion



Kathmandu. On the second trading day of the week, the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) experienced growth as its index rose by 15.83 points, reaching 2,683.24.

A total of 13 sub-indices participated in the trading today, with 11 sub-indices registering gains while 2 declined.

Ngadi Group Power Limited emerged as the market leader in terms of transaction volume, with a total turnover of NPR 540.75 million. On the other hand, Samudayik Microfinance Limited recorded the highest gain of the day, as its share price surged by 10%, reaching the positive circuit.

In contrast, Ngadi Group Power Limited faced the steepest loss, with its share price dropping by 10 points.

Altogether, 309 companies participated in the trading today, with 12.26 million shares being transacted, resulting in a total turnover of NPR 6.34 billion.
